This document outlines what Eat Adventures (“EA”) provides when you sign up for an EA tour,
and what you agree to do while on the tour with EA (“Tour Conditions”). By signing up for a
tour with EA you are agreeing to these Tour Conditions, so please read this document carefully
before you complete your reservation request. Tour Price Guarantee:
Our tour prices do not include airfare,
and are subject to change due to the unpredictability of currency rates and trip costs.
In the event the currency rate between the USD and GBP fluctuate beyond 10%, EA reserves the
right to adjust the tour price as necessary. However, your price will be locked and guaranteed
the moment we receive your final payment. Guests who have provided a deposit will be notified
in writing or email of any sudden fluctuations and price changes. For current prices,
visit www.EatAdventures.com Included in the price of each tour:
Culinary and sightseeing tours by an EA guide, and local
guides when appropriate. This includes admission to sights seen as a group; all breakfasts
and one lunch or dinner per day (as determined by EA); accommodations each night; all transportation
from the first hotel to the last hotel of the tour (does not include optional activities or
independent travel during the tour); all EAE guide, local guide, and driver gratuities. Itineraries Changes:
The final itinerary will be confirmed after March 11, 2019, with
complete information for all accommodation, transportation, and activities. Travel can be
full of surprises, and we are constantly working to provide the highest quality tour possible
by executing the tour itinerary to the best of our abilities. That being said, we also need
to be flexible when faced with unexpected tour conditions (weather, activity closures, road conditions, etc.).
EA will provide appropriate substitutions as necessary, of equal or better quality. Uncompleted portions of
the original tour itinerary are not cause for refund. Tour Payment:
Deposit of 25% is due immediately to secure your space on a tour. To reserve your seat on a EA
tour you must agree to these Tour Conditions. We accept all major credit cards, personal check from a United
States bank account made payable to “Eat Adventures LLC” in US dollars. Your final tour payment is due in our
office at least 60 days prior to the start of the tour, in one payment. Your final payment must be made by July 15, 2019.
This payment does not include any pre or post trip services that are requested. Missing the final payment
deadline may result in your being removed from the tour. If you sign up for a tour less than 60 days before its
departure, the entire tour price must be paid. (Tour deposit refunds are discussed below). Solo Travelers and Single Supplements:
Your single supplement allows for a private room with a queen-size bed.
Single supplements are refundable per the cancellation policy as described below. Cancellations and Refunds:
Your deposit is 97% refundable if you cancel before March 11, 2019
(this accounts for 3% processing and administrative fee). After that date, your deposit is nonrefundable.
Any guest booking after July 15, 2019 requires payment in full, which is nonrefundable. Cancellations must
be in writing sent via email to email@example.com. Cancellations become effective on the date received by EA. Tour Cancellation Protection:
Your tour price includes Tour Cancellation/Interruption Protection.
You will receive a detailed explanation of this protection in the Pre-Tour Planner enclosed with your initial
confirmation letter. You may also review the terms on our website here.
If EA cancels a tour you reserved,
the entire amount you have paid to EA for the applicable tour will be refunded to you within 30 days after the
tour’s cancellation, as required under Oregon State law. Once this occurs, EAE and its representatives have
no other obligations to tour members on cancelled trips, including any additional costs or fees related to the
issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by EA. Please note:
This is not intended as a substitute for comprehensive health and travel insurance, which we
highly recommend. EA requires a 6 guest minimum on any tour, and will cancel tours that do not meet this
minimum. If this occurs, we will contact guests by July 15, 2019 and issue full refunds for all payments made to EA. Travel and Health Insurance:
We encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance for travel to/from the
United Kingdom, and for the duration of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended to protect travelers from
lost luggage, travel delays, trip cancellations, etc. Please note Eat Adventures does not sell or provide
travel insurance, and cannot be held responsible for any fees, charges, or expenses related to lost luggage, travel delays, trip cancellations, or any changes or disruptions travel experience due to outside or unforeseen circumstances. Guests should verify their coverage abroad with their health insurance company, and to purchase their own
supplemental health insurance as necessary. EA cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained during
tour activities, or any expenses related to any injury, illness, etc. incurred on the tour. Companies such as Travelex and Travel Guard offer comprehensive packages that serve as your primary coverage.
They will take care of expenses regardless of any other insurance you may have. Tour Forms, Obligations, and Risk:
To travel on a tour, and to qualify for Tour Cancellation/Interruption
Protection, all tour members are required to sign and return a Release and Waiver Agreement prior to the beginning
of a tour. Failure to sign and return this document, Omitting important information, or altering the Release and
Waiver Agreement will render it and your Tour Cancellation/Interruption Protection invalid, and could result in
expulsion from a tour at your own expense. Participation:
Our goal is for everyone to have a great tour, but we understand there are limits to guests behavior.
EA will not tolerate actions that risk the safety, comfort, or convenience of other members of the tour. In addition,
EA does not condone or allow offensive language, aggressive behavior, or discrimination of any race, ethnicity,
religion, or sexual orientation. In those circumstances we reserve the right to expel someone from a tour at any
time, and their own expense. Tour Member Expectations:
Eat Adventures has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure a comfortable tour for our
guests, and provide accommodation with as many American-style amenities as possible. Luxuries such as air conditioning
, elevators, and spacious bathrooms are often not available in hotels that are located in properties that are older
or historic buildings. On any EA tour, you assume certain obligations and responsibilities to EA and your fellow tour members, including but not limited to, the following:
Be prepared to carry or roll your own luggage for up to 15 minutes over uneven pavement from the bus to the hotel. In addition to this, you may be required to carry your own luggage up as many as four flights of stairs to your room.
Be comfortable on your feet for two-hour walking tours, climbing stairs, plus standing and walking for up to four hours while visiting historic sights and museums. This is applicable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
Sleep with no (or inadequate) air conditioning and street noise in some hotels.
After orientation and transportation lessons, be able to navigate towns and cities on your own during free time. It is important to note, tour guides cannot provide assistance for any of these activities. Tour members requiring
help must be accompanied by an able companion who can be entirely responsible for providing the assistance necessary.

Double occupancy rooms may request 1 or 2 beds, but please note we cannot guarantee
separate beds for each hotel. For rooms with one bed, the beds will always be queen-sized or larger (this includes beds for
single supplement guests). All accommodations will be finalized after March 11, 2019, and any specific questions will be
answered after that time. The accommodations for this vacation are as follows:
These accommodations have been chosen based on the overall quality of guest experience and ideal
locations to adjacent sights/restaurants/activities. Please be aware there is always the possibility that unforeseen circumstances
can result in alternate accommodations from those listed above. In this event, reservations will be provided at accommodations of
equal or greater quality and location. Smoking Policy:
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the tour van, hotel, where other tour members are present, or
where is strictly prohibited by the United Kingdom Health Act. Meals:
Most meals are included during the tour, including all breakfasts, and at least one lunch or dinner per day.
Guests are required to indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our
best to accommodate guest’s restrictions, but it’s important to note that there may be instances where a partner or
restaurant may not be able to meet these dietary restrictions or requests. For example, gluten free options are more
prevalent in America than in many other countries, and some vendors may not have comparable substitutions. Alcohol:
Guests are asked to be aware of alcohol consumption during the tour, as there will be visits to breweries
and cideries, and alcohol will be served with many meals. Alcohol provided as part of the tour may be limited to
two glasses per meal, after which guests may purchase additional beverages directly from the restaurant/vendor. Guests who become intoxicated repeatedly during the tour may be asked to leave the group at their own expense.
Guests acknowledge that consumption of alcoholic beverages can be a hazardous activity, and are voluntarily
participating in these activities with knowledge of the potential danger involved. All guests hereby agree
to accept any and all risks of injury and death and disclaim any liability against EA related to the consumption of alcohol. Travel Documents:
The United States State Department advises U.S. citizens to visit the Travel.State.Gov
for the United Kingdom for passport and visa information, alerts, travel information, and U.S. Embassy location.
Passports should have minimum of six months remaining validity beyond your departure date. U.S. citizens may
enter the United Kingdom for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. Guests of other
nationalities should check with their own governments for passport and visa recommendations. EA cannot be
responsible for guests that fail to obtain the correct passport/visa requirements and therefore are unable
to participate in all or part of the tour. Pre and Post Trip Services:
EA is happy to assist with any questions and bookings you may require in the
